Dr. Quan completed his undergraduate at Duke University, medical school at Medical College of Virginia, medical internship at Tulane University, and PMR&R residency as chief resident at New York Medical College.
After a one-year position as the inpatient general rehab attending at Northwell Southside Hospital, Dr. Quan went on to build multiple practices focused on outpatient musculoskeletal medicine, personal injury, no-fault, and workers’ compensation.
He recently cofounded Quan Medical PLLC in April 2021 and opened a brand new state-of-the-art 4,000 sq ft facility in Hempstead, New York, establishing himself as a leading Pain management doctor Hempstead.
Dr. Quan’s interests include traditional Chinese and electrodiagnostic medicine. He is well skilled in joint, visco-supplementation, and trigger point injections.
Dr. Quan has co-authored a book that serves as a resource for physicians in training and those who are studying for their boards.
Dr. Quan maintains an active affiliation with the Northwell Health System and frequently attends its monthly departmental Grand Rounds. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of PM&R. Dr. Quan is board certified and workers’ compensation rated.
